Shipping Policy

New Zealand: Shipping is free for online purchases over $150. A flat rate of $10 for standard delivery and $15 for Rural delivery is required for purchases under $150.

Australia: Shipping is free for online purchases over $300. A flat rate of $25 is required for purchases under $300.

International Postage: Shipping is free worldwide for orders over NZ$400. Orders under NZ$400 are a flat rate of NZ$40.

Multiple items will be combined into a single package and only charged once.

Returns

If you have ordered the incorrect size or colour, please contact us within 14 days from date of delivery to arrange a return. If it is returned to us in an unused condition we will happily exchange it for free.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days from date of delivery to arrange its return for a free replacement or refund.
